Every conclusion should trace back to data and rules
GeoSite does not ask a language model to guess the best location. AI structures the brief; deterministic tools retrieve locations, count evidence, apply hard constraints, calculate routes and audit the output.
How the system works
- Understand the brief
Convert business type, audience, transport, competition and preferred areas into structured conditions.
- Retrieve real places
China uses AMap POIs. Singapore uses the official SLA OneMap basemap and OpenStreetMap facilities through Overpass.
- Calculate spatial evidence
Count transport, demand proxies, industry-fit amenities and competitors, and compute 5, 10 and 15-minute pedestrian-network boundaries.
- Apply deterministic judgement
Only sourced metrics enter the ranking. Unsupported rent, footfall and growth estimates remain hidden.
Singapore data design
- SLA OneMapAuthoritative national basemap; optional address search when a token is configured
- OpenStreetMapNamed POIs, businesses, amenities and pedestrian roads under ODbL
- OneMap APIsOfficial planning areas, population themes and routing available for later token-enabled enrichment
What the conclusion can and cannot say
Relative mapped demand, transit access, industry fit and competitor concentration in the current candidate set.
Future revenue, observed footfall, negotiated rent, conversion, frontage visibility, permitted use or licences.
